Assetto Corsa Competizione Early Access Release 5 v0.5.0 Changelog - New Emil Frey Jaguar G3 car. - New laserscanned Circuit Zolder racetrack. - New special events with online leaderboards. - Fixed disappearing main menu UI in VR. - Texture memory optimizations. - Fixed a chase cam rotation bug. - Fixed a TV camera bug. - Car light improvements in TV camera views. - New inertia calculation method and new more accurate inertia value (advice for setups, use softer fast damper to let the body move and settle, instead of having the car and wheels jumping) - New motion ratio calculation for dampers resulting in more accurate values dedicated for each car. - New ABS feature. ABS now never lets higher than 70% difference between left and right brake pressure. Improves behaviour on extreme torque vectoring, like braking and going through a water puddle with one side of the car, but can result in inner wheel locking if driver insists braking hard while turning into a turn. Might need more rear brake bias on certain cars. - Improved ABS logic, resulting in better turn-in under braking, on certain cars (most notably modern cars such as the Huracán, F488, BMW M6). - Improved TC off on gear-change functionality. TC is instantly switched off and on again when a gearchange occurs, in order to protect the engine and drivetrain from heavy vibrations, especially on situations where kerbs and the engine limiter are involved (part of real cars' TC logic too, occasionally they will even not allow the gearchange). Now the TC off timing is car-dedicated and optimised. Some cars might handle a gear change better than others. - Improved tyre thermal model, especially wet tyres. - Improved tyre grip when tyres are overheated, such as after a spin. - More tyre wear when tyres are overheated, no free meal. - Corrected bumpstop position and functionality of the Ferrari 488 GT3. - New ECU maps for all cars. ECU maps now influence power, fuel consumption and throttle maps. Usually the lower number is the more powerful and has the most power consumption. After the initial 3-4 values, it switches to wet ECUmaps with similar power and fuel consumption but different throttle maps. Please check the official forum for all the released cars' ECU map characteristics. - New launch control for all cars. Now with manual clutch, just engage 1st gear, put the clutch and accelerator to the floor and the engine will stabilize around 5000rpm. Release the clutch gradually while keeping the accelerator fully open to avoid stalling. - Audio engine optimizations - Fixed potential wrong volumes switching cameras - Fixed time multiplier for the end race replay - Fixed wrong trackmap cars position during replay - Intro sequence updated

  7. Updated to v2.058.16 Added ability to assign penalty points to drivers per race (like F1 driver penalty points for causing incidents) and add comments for manual override reason. Press "More..." button in race report table "Manual" column header to add/remove penalty points and comments. Penalty points are visible in driver standings table (lower right corner in a cell). Comments are visible in pop-up when you click on driver points cell. OP updated

But only one will become our McLaren Shadow Driver. Seven competitors from around the world will head to McLaren HQ for their toughest challenge yet - the McLaren Shadow Project grand-finals. The world's biggest esports racing competition will feature four days of intense tests and race offs, with two of the days streamed via our YouTube channel on Wednesday 16 and Thursday 17 January 2019. The winner of the search for the brightest and best esports racing talent will receive a seat in the McLaren Shadow esports team, and the opportunity to join our esports development programme, to hone their skills and work with our F1 team.     iRacing Simulator Update Release Notes [2019.01.09] Rendering Fixed an issue where crowds would not fade correctly when the environment was foggy. Fixed an issue with nVidia3D not rendering the sky correctly. Heat Racing Fixed an issue that was allowing a Session in a Heat Racing Event to back-up in time if one or more sessions prior to it ended up being skipped. Pit Stops Fixed an issue where a tire could move under your car during a pit stop with the animated NASCAR pit crew. Chat Fixed an issue that prevented switching to the "@Team" radio frequency using the "@transmit" chat command. Admin Commands Fixed the chat output error message for trying to make a user an Admin when the user is already an Admin. Macros Text chat macros now properly ignore any trailing "$" characters at the end of a line when typing macros into the chat window. The "$" character is only applied when typing commands into the text chat macro box and it indicates the command should be executed immediately, it has no meaning when typed into a chat window directly. Telemetry A new telemetry value, "DRS_Count" has been added that counts how many times DRS was used on the Formula Renault 3.5. Dallara F3 Adjustable master cylinders have been added to fine-tune brake feel. A realistic range of master cylinder diameters has been implemented. Maximum pedal force and brake pad friction have also been adjusted so line pressures are in a realistic range. Porsche 911 GT3 Cup Car (991) An update has been made to the V6 tire construction and compound. These changes should provide faster response without losing over-the-limit controllability. Charlotte Motor Speedway Fixed an issue where segments of the track could sometimes appear transparent. The Chili Bowl A new dynamic track initialization algorithm has been applied to this track, which adjusts the berm's water content. This should make racing on the berm impractical.
  11. Season 1, Update 2 Build Notes: Sessions Active Practice Sessions can now be launched from the Open Practice tab of the Official Series section on the interface. The License column has been added to the Pending Sessions in the table view. Performance improvements have been made for browsing the Official Sessions section at peak usage times. Time of Day Updates have been made to how Session Duration is handled using the Time of Day options. A reference table has been added to this section to show the duration of each Session type in a race weekend and if any of them exceed 32 hours in simulated length. This table is accessible from the Time Limit panel of the Session Options. A red warning pill will now be displayed on the duration slider for scheduling server time if the Session duration is exceeded. An alert message is displayed if any Sessions' simulated lengths are in excess of the allowable maximum of 32 hours. Time Attack The Time Attack Results page has been completely rewritten. This should solve many of the issues seen with it in past releases and make it faster and more reliable. Leagues When hitting "back" from League search, results are now auto-submitted to show the pool of results again. Removed the pound sign (#) from the "# of League Members" column when viewed in table-view. League Owners may now correctly boot League Members. A confirm dialog has been added for creating a new League, as this action uses currency. A modal menu has been added to recharge iRacing Credits when creating a League if you do not have sufficient funds to create the League. Hosted League Session names are no longer being set automatically. Filtering Checking off multiple tags now returns content that matches any of the selected tags, instead of all selected tags together. Paint Kit Fixed several issues where the Paint Kit could say "Changes Not Saved!" when in fact the changes were saved. Updater The Update button will now only be processed once, even when both a car and a track need updates when using the interface in the table view.

  18. Οδοιπορικό στο Transfăgărășan Εμείς στην έκδοση DX9 που έχουμε, τρέχουμε το κομμάτι start-finish. Η εκδοσή DX11 που φτιάχνει ο Goibaka είναι και πέρα από το finish. Μετά το finish εκείνο το κίτρινο κομμάτι που βλέπετε είναι τούνελ σχεδόν στην κορυφή των Καρπαθίων. Από εκεί και πέρα αρχίζει η κατάβαση. Οι δυο άκρες του χάρτη παραπάνω, είναι σχεδόν οι πρόποδες του βουνού και το κίτρινο κομμάτι η κορυφή. Subaru STI Type RA Time Attack Car & the Transfăgărășan Highway Ο Mark Higgins με συνοδηγό τον Darren Garrod παρακάτω τρέχουν ακόμα πιο μεγάλο κομμάτι από κάμπο σε κάμπο. Με μήκος σχεδόν 84 χιλιομέτρων η διαδρομή έχει συνολικά 688 στροφές και υψομετρική διαφορά μεταξύ αρχής και τέλους που φθάνει τα 1.6 χιλιόμετρα. Έφτιαξαν τούνελ 1-2km στα 2300μ περίπου υψόμετρο. Όταν το περνάς νιώθεις δέος. Βγαίνεις σε άλλο κόσμο μετά από κάποια δευτερόλεπτα σε απόλυτο σκοτάδι. Εδώ τερματίζουμε εμείς στην DX9 version και ξεκινάει το τούνελ (που σας έλεγα παραπάνω) που σε βγάζει στη νότια πλευρά του βουνού. Ξεκινάει η κατάβαση. Οι Mark Higgins , Darren Garrod Έκαναν τα 83,5 χιλιόμετρα σε 40:58,08 που είναι και ο ταχύτερος χρόνος που έχει καταγραφεί. Με ένα Subaru WRX STI με 600 ίππους με προσθήκη ενός επιπλέον δοχείου καυσίμου λόγω της μεγάλης διάρκειας της διαδρομής, ενώ το κιβώτιο απέκτησε - μια αρκετά πιο μακριά 1η σχέση ( tip για εμάς) - ειδικά για τις πολλές φουρκέτες της Transfagarasan. Κουίζ για τον Φιλόθεο. Πως γίνεται hillclimb με συνοδηγό;
