The Stanley Parable is a first person exploration game. You will play as Stanley, and you will not play as Stanley. You will follow a story, you will not follow a story. You will have a choice, you will have no choice. The game will end, the game will never end. Contradiction follows contradiction, the rules of how games should work are broken, then broken again. This world was not made for you to understand. But as you explore, slowly, zippity zop begins to arise, the paradoxes might start to make sense, perhaps you are powerful after all. The game is not here to fight you; it is inviting you to dance. Based on the award-winning 2011 Source mod of the same name, The Stanley Parable returns with new content, new ideas, a fresh coat of visual paint, and the stunning voicework of Kevan Brighting. Description Modulate is a first person puzzle game in which you solve rooms by switching objects in and out of your reality. You take the role of a young cadet being trained to become an agent in the Interspace Police Force (IPF). The device you're trained to use is called the Space Attenuator Mark V. This device allows navigation between spatial dimensions, which we call "channels", that each contain their own obstacle devices. Features Utilize a unique game mechanic to solve environments by switching objects in and out of your reality Experience a serene sci-fi atmosphere with stylized art History The core of the game is built around an idea we've had for years about technology that allows objects to reside in different frequencies. A device can then manipulate what frequency the player and other objects are in. After theorizing about potential scenarios involving this mechanic, we decided a puzzle-based game would fit nicely, and thus Modulate was born. About Polycrime is an independent game studio formed by two brothers in 2012. Modulate is their first major title and is being developed in the Unity3D engine. System Requirements Windows XP or later; Mac OS X 10.5 or later. Pretty much any 3D graphics card.
